With 1.3 billion users, WeChat is the biggest social media platform in China.
Our WeChat marketing services help international brands grow their following on WeChat, and turn fans into customers.

Everybody is on WeChat
- People of all age groups, even the tough-to-reach 50+ crowd.

Delight users with engaging articles
You provide the source content, and we’ll “transcreate” it for WeChat. These high-quality articles will get higher open and share rates.

WeChat Marketing FAQ
Yes. Direct sign-up is possible. We offer setup assistance for WeChat and other Chinese platforms.
If you are using a website with Stripe, you may be able to conveniently enable WeChat Pay in the settings. Note that this method does not give you your own WeChat Pay account. Read more here.
WeChat Pay can also be enabled for you after your WeChat account is created. It is not available for all business types.
When we create your WeChat Official Account, we will activate the customer support function.
Then, one or more of your team members can be added to the account and have access to respond to messages via WeChat.
WeChat support can also be connected to third-party tools such as Zendesk. For this to work, you first need an active WeChat Official Account.
Advertising is not essential. However, it depends on your goals and business type.
Paying for advertising has the following benefits:
- Improve brand awareness by reaching new people who would otherwise not see your content.
- Attract new followers.
- Persuade people to perform a certain action, such as contacting your sales team or making a purchase.
In our view, WeChat is an important part of an overall marketing strategy, but it is not the whole strategy on its own.
For advertising, we often go to WeChat, but we also use Baidu, Rednote, and other platforms.
For content marketing, WeChat is one of the most important platforms. However, the most difficult part of content marketing is creating content that people love. Once the content is created, it can easily be used across multiple formats and platforms.
You will need to have a WeChat account before publishing content or advertising. Many companies set one up themselves, but we can help you get through the account setup process.
Transcreate isn’t a real word, but we coined it to explain our content creation process, which involves translating English source material and adapting it for a Chinese audience.
It takes about seven business days, as long as you respond to emails from WeChat within one day.
One of your staff members or one of ours can provide customer service via WeChat.
We typically provide customer support on WeChat, a live chat box on a website, and other social media platforms where we run promotions.
Where possible, Google’s Looker Studio is our preferred choice because the reports have convenient filters that make it easy to create custom reports on the fly.
We provide the data in Google Sheets, so you can use it however you like.
For larger/enterprise clients, we often create separate reports in other formats, such as PowerPoint.
