2. 天气预报 – “weather report

Feichengwurao4. 非诚勿扰 – “If You Are the One” is a hit Chinese dating show. Sinosplice has a good post on it.

5. google – Yep, Google is #5. “Baidu” is the #1 search term on Google in China. It would be interesting to see if users are searching for the other search engine first, or after a failed search.

6. 搜狗 – “Sougou” or “Search Dog” is another Chinese search engine.

7. 一起又看流星雨 – The second season of the Taiwanese TV show “Meteor Rain“. Check the Baidu search results and you’ll see that the full episodes are conveniently linked to.

8. 双色体 – “Union Lotto

9. 摩尔庄园 – “Mole Garden” is a children’s social gaming website. Even though I translate games, I hadn’t even heard of it yet. I guess I better have some kids to keep me up to date.

10. 高考 – The “National Higher Education Entrance Exam” is a much-dreaded test taken at the end of High School.

If you can read Chinese, Baidu also shows some additional data, such as the top Baidu Zhidao questions and the fastest rising search terms. Or, if you don’t read Chinese and still want to read it, leave me a comment and I just might translate it…
